Nobody has successfully explained the yellow circles

Warning: it is not the deliberate intention to make everyone depressed; but sometimes it is quite fun to do that anyway, so I’m just going to do it for a moment.
But at least you know in advance, so you can skip the blog this time if necessary.
I don’t know how it is for you guys, but every day of the past 60 years, and that’s approximately ((From March 19, 1966 to March 19, 2026, there are exactly 22,061 days (at the time of this writing).
That I think: “what in God’s name am I doing here.” Being dropped here without a manual as if it’s the most normal thing in the world.
And meanwhile, I’ve been looking at strange situations for six decades with the energy of: “You guys REALLY think this is logical?”
Possible existence options and their corresponding purposes, I’ve simply let go of in this chaos here.
But anyway, back to what this blog is actually all about.
Yellow circles.
Seriously.
Actually, very small subtle circles that probably don’t even know they exist or at least what they’re doing on my page.
Kind of like how I don’t exactly know what I’m doing here either.
So don’t judge me because as you can see I did my best.
The yellow circles that are at least somewhat visible on my little art journal page.
It all started innocently.
I made a background.
Fine.
Cozy.
Human behavior.
Then the yellow circles appeared. Little circles.
And somewhere between “I’ll just add one more thing” and “why does this page feel like it’s sneakily manipulating me” things went slightly wrong.
But that’s the fun thing about journaling. Everything is allowed to go wrong. No problem.
Now, about those yellow things, I first had to have a quick meeting with the internal crisis team of my three overworked brain cells and an emotionally exhausted grape (not a dove) with language problems.
Don’t blame the dull, barely visible little yellow circles, because they simply don’t feel like being yellow today.
Artistically speaking, they’re not quite awake yet.
If they had feelings and/or a dubious ability to think, then I suspect internal yellowcirclemonologues would be taking place inside those little yellow heads.
Little monologues that could actually be quite interesting. But I do suspect they don’t exactly know why they’re here either.
Especially the little yellow circle on the left. It has exactly the same exhausted expression as me.
I mean as someone, I guess like anybody else, who has been forced to participate in this awkward social experiment that we all totally didn’t voluntarily sign up for.
Nobody knows what is being tested, by the way. Probably something involving endurance, missing chargers and the psychological consequences of a garbage bag having to go through life without little yellow circles and suddenly deciding it wants to be a pink bag instead of that depressing grey anthracite something.
Left Circle has clearly reached the stage where you down a 2-litre carton of Bar-le-Duc for the third time and pretend it’s vodka, subsequently no longer know who you are and then spend five minutes staring at a spoon as if it might have answers.
The condition of Left Circle is leaning towards: “where in God’s name did I leave the parking ticket again.” And is suffering from a mild alcoholic state.
That can be called concerning, to say the least.
But then you have the circle on the right.
That one is still trying to make something of it and is behaving very annoyingly optimistic.
Between the left and right circles (nothing to do with political nonsense practices), some less conspicuous little circletypes are wandering around.
They completely radiate the energy of circles saying: “You just have to enjoy the little things.”
And therefore also little yellow circles.
But yeah, in between you also have those little round things that have quite a lot on their minds and go into conclave with fellow circles as if they’re people.
No, Deborah.
I want an explanation as to why taxes, hold music and damp kitchen drawers exist in the first place.
Anyway.
And before you know it, you’ve already spent 47 minutes staring at an entire bunch of yellow circles as if they’re the ones who are supposed to explain what has become of your life.
Other than that, the little yellow circles are doing fine.
I suspect.
